Richard M. McCluskey

Attorney McCluskey began his legal career at the Hillsborough County Public Defender's office where he tried cases in both County and Circuit Court. While there he gained extensive experience and in-depth knowledge in the practice area of DUI litigation and criminal cases.

Mr. McCluskey now works exclusively in the areas of DUI and criminal litigation and plaintiff's personal injury. He is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar Association, and is admitted to practice law before all state courts.

He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Saint Leo University, and holds a Master's Degree and a Juris Doctor Degree from St. Thomas University.
